SOPHROLOGY
Since its creation, sophrology has been enriched by different influences that have integrated aspects of neurology, psychology, cognitive sciences, hypnosis and different oriental inspirations of relaxation. This mixture of scientific and philosophical inspiration directs it towards a method oriented towards the well-being of the person.
Three fundamental principles as a basis:
SELF-CONFIDENCE
Self-awareness, because the exercises lead the person to a careful observation of his body and his sensations, which places him in a state of full awareness where the person will control his emotions and no longer let himself be governed by them. The person thus develops his concentration and his capacity to explore his creativity.

DYNAMIC RELAXATION
The second principle is the method used which is called "dynamic relaxation", in fact we will combine controlled and conscious breathing with muscular relaxation.
POSITIVE VISUALIZATION
Finally, positive visualization leads the person to create positive mental images that help to increase personal resources but also develop self-confidence to prepare the person to be able to reuse their sensations each time they feel the need to regain confidence, manage their stress or improve their quality of life.
Positive visualization and mental imagery experiences stimulate imagination and the ability to think differently, which will also help develop creativity.

Sophrology responds to a society that aspires to fulfill itself through real well-being.
However, the constant acceleration of our rhythms of life has induced the increase of our stress, for some this leads to depression or even burn-out. Sophrology offers a brief and lasting solution:
-
Brief with a maximum support of 12 sessions
-
Sustainable because you have the tools and the awareness to use them on a daily basis
In summary, we can say that sophrology opens the way to a more conscious and fulfilled life. You develop a better quality of life by promoting balance, you are on the path to well-being.
