Student life is full of challenges: exams, assignments, pressure to succeed... While this period can be enriching, it can also cause significant stress that impacts your performance and well-being. What if sophrology was the natural solution you've been looking for?

Student stress: a widespread phenomenon

According to various studies, more than 70% of students report feeling stress on a regular basis. Exams, workload, uncertainty about the future... There are many sources of anxiety.

This stress can manifest itself in:

-Sleep disorders

-Difficulty concentrating

-Anticipatory anxiety

-Physical symptoms (stomach aches, tension, etc.)

-Loss of self-confidence

Sophrology is a gentle and effective approach

Sophrology is a simple and gentle method that combines breathing, relaxation and positive visualisation.

It enables you to:

-Manage stress in real time using simple breathing exercises that can be practised before an exam, during a period of intense revision, or when faced with any stressful situation.

-Improve concentration with sophrology techniques that promote mindfulness and grounding, which are essential for maintaining focus during revision or in class.

Restore quality sleep by helping to release accumulated tension and prepare the body and mind for rest.

-Boost your self-confidence through positive visualisation, learn to tap into your inner resources and tackle challenges with greater peace of mind.

How does it work in practice?

A sophrology session lasts around 1 hour. After discussing your needs, we practise gentle, tailored exercises that you can then repeat on your own.

Much more than just a session: You will leave with sheets detailing the exercises you have done, as well as an audio recording of the relaxation and visualisation session so that you can practise and repeat the exercises at home according to your needs.

A few sessions are often enough to:

-Acquire concrete stress management tools

-See improvements in your daily life

-Develop your ability to relax

-The investment that makes a difference

-Taking care of your mental well-being is not a luxury, it is an investment in your success. By learning to manage your stress, you unlock your potential and give yourself the best chance of succeeding in your studies.
